THE NATIONAL SCRAPBOOK DAY CHALLENGE

The Challenge was made by Angie Pederson, author of "Book of Me, Growing up Me and the new Book of Us

It was all about “Us”… “Things You’ll Hear at My House”

Participants throughout New Zealand were invited to think of phrases or comments people in their family say often.

Angie commented “When I did this layout, I included the songs I sing to my kids at bedtime, the things my mom always used to say to me that I now repeat to my kids, phrases from my husband".

A small pack of simple but diverse product was supplied by KiwiScraps... the following are some of the results. (In addition to these there were a number of entries sent in which were also considered but have not been imaged).

The judging was hard - the variation on approach, the content etc was different for everyone and we actually came up with two entries to receive prizes ... but to be honest we could have awarded something to everyone.
