I am a devoted fan of Angie Pedersen and her books which have provided immense personal inspiration.
When I heard that Angie was planning on "visiting" the KiwiScraps Store (did anyone else notice she joined our Forum?!) I offered to assist help organise what I think will be an awesome event!
Throughout New Zealand KiwiScraps, it's Consultants and many customers will ensure National Scrapbooking Day is celebrated with fun, inspiration and sharing!

THE NATIONAL SCRAPBOOK DAY CHALLENGE
Its all about “Us”… “Things You’ll Hear at My House”
Think of phrases or comments people in your family say often.
“When I did this layout, I included the songs I sing to my kids at bedtime, the things my mom always used to say to me that I now repeat to my kids, phrases from my husband.
You could jot down each phrase on a tag, and stick those in the envelope, or just journal on strips of paper to stick on the card in the envelope. Embellish and decorate to your hearts content… and of course you could use the envelope and challenge products however you choose to create a rather unique record of “Things You’ll Hear at My House” – those are just some suggestions”

We are thrilled to announce that we are hosting a "virtual" visit to our Store and across New Zealand on National Scrapbooking Day by Angie Pedersen!
This visit is part of a whirlwind Book Launch and Tour for her new book "Book of Us" during the week preceding this special day!
Angie will visit us via the web throughout the day, participate in an interview and on-line chat sessions involving yourselves. She will conduct and judge a product challenge which will have relevance to her new book.

Whether "In-Store", at a national Relax 'n Scrap (available technology permitting) or at home - all can participate. This will be a truly national event!

The Book of US NEW!

Product Challenge
Angie Pedersen will announce on National Scrapbooking Day a "Product Challenge" based on core product items donated by KiwiScraps.
To participate you will need to:
a) Be present at a KiwiScraps Relax 'n Scrap or organised event where the product kits will be handed out
or
b) Register your intent to participate with KiwiScraps by sending your name and postal address for the product kit to be sent to here

Throughout the day we will have "Spot Prize" draws for all manner of goodies...
